3. User Accounts

To use certain features of DWED, you must create an account by providing a valid phone number and display name.

By uploading content, you grant DWED a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You agree not to upload content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Spam or misleading information
• Malicious code or viruses

5. Privacy and Data Protection

6. Service Availability

DWED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DWED from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
